One membership covers home & living, lifestyle & shopping, events & experiences, travel & leisure, wellness & care, and safe-space support — you send a request in plain language and a human concierge handles the rest.
Send a request in one message, get a plan with options and pricing back, approve it, and your concierge books, coordinates and follows up. Most requests receive a first reply within an hour, and same-day requests are handled the same day.
Every provider in the network is community-vetted for LGBTQ+ safety, including trans-affirming clinicians, queer-owned vendors and venues with clear inclusion policies. Preferences like name, pronouns and access needs are shared with providers once, so you never have to explain yourself twice.
Providers are reviewed for inclusion policy, staff training and real member feedback before joining the network, and ratings are re-checked after every booking. Anyone who falls below the standard is removed.
Membership tiers cover everyday requests, signature full-service support and household plans for families and shared homes. There are no per-request surprises: any third-party cost is quoted and approved before anything is booked.
